Job description
As a Graduate Software Developer, you will work as part of an established team and will learn how to develop software applications and websites, which will be adopted by some of the world's biggest financial organisations.
You will learn how to construct large scale applications from the ground up whilst working on smaller websites, CMS web applications, micro-sites, CRM Solutions and other offline software projects. You will also be involved in database design and problem solving.
Training and support will be provided to help you to develop your skills.

Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to work as an individual or as part of a team. They should be enthusiastic, inquisitive, willing to learn and also provide suggestions where appropriate. A good understanding of object oriented programming and the software development lifecycle - either as part of your course or on work placement are essential, as are an analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
Degree Requirements: A 2:1 or 1st class Honours degree in Computing or IT related discipline is required.
